Understanding CCIM Membership StructureS
Two Memberships. Maximum Benefits.
CCIM Institute Membership (National)
Provides access to STDB Online, discounted education, national conferences, and is required for Designees to maintain their designation and for Candidates to receive course discounts.
NorCal CCIM Chapter Membership (Local)
Provides access to local networking events, Bay Area market insights, chapter scholarships, and connections with regional CRE professionals.
